My student is getting an "email already taken" error, what do I do?

If a student is getting this error, it is likely the student is confused regarding their account. You will need to search your Student List by:
  1. Go to your “Classes” tab.
  2. Find your Student in the Students table. [Can’t find your student? Share an assignment.]
  3. Check to see if the student is connected to Google and/or Clever.
  4. In order for the student to connect to Google and/or Clever have them follow the directions here.
  5. Still stuck? Send us the student’s name, class, and any additional information about what you’ve already tried so we can help get your student going again quickly.
