What is the difference between Intro and Advanced labs?

For the tutorial lab topics, the Basic tutorials are qualitative (no numbers), and the Advanced tutorials are quantitative (with numbers). For other lab topics, the Advanced versions add additional variables or concepts that make the labs more complex for students. Additionally, Introductory lab topics give students both the independent and dependent variable to test, whereas the Advanced lab topics may only give students the dependent variable, and allow them to choose the independent variable they think is connected.
