Assignments will not load, what do I do?

If you are having trouble loading assignments in Inq-ITS, follow these steps:

1) The IT administrator may have certain aspects of the site blocked preventing access at your school or on your students' devices. Please refer to our Technology Document, or forward it to your IT department.

2) There may be some older data interfering with the web browser. Please try first doing a hard refresh. On the webpage, press and hold the SHIFT key and press F5.

3) If that doesn't work, clearing out the browser history may also help.

4) If you have tried the above, please send us a screenshot including the URL in the search bar of your browser.
